Nashville-based Richland Building Partners has paid $14 million for multiple Wedgewood-Houston properties on which it plans a two-phase mixed-use development.

As the Post reported in April, the project is slated to unfold on parcels with addresses of 106-112 Rains Ave., and sit near Fourth Avenue South. A late spring 2027 groundbreaking is planned.
