Nashville-based Southern Land Company has paid $1.85 million for a two-parcel East Nashville property located adjacent to the site last home to Lincoln College of Technology, where a major redevelopment is planned.

The properties offer addresses of 1300 Gallatin Ave. and 1023 W. Douglas Ave.
