Developer eyes Q2 start on short-term rental building

Local development company CA South is planning a second quarter 2024 construction start on a five-story residential building to offer short-term rental units and sit in Wedgewood-Houston.

As the Post reported in December 2021 (read here), CA South paid $5.2 million for the 1.16-acre three-parcel South Nashville property, with a main address of 1425 Fourth Ave. S. Located near Fairgrounds Nashville, the property previously offered a building housing auto collision repair business Lyk Nu and sits next to Masjid Al Farooq mosque.
