Radio broadcasting giant Cumulus Media will remain in its Midtown building following its recent $10.5 million sale of the property.

According to a release, and as part of the transaction (read here), Cumulus signed a full-building lease at the closing of the sale, “reaffirming its commitment to the site for the foreseeable future.”
