Local businessman and Corsair Distillery owner Darek Bell has sold a massive Bells Bend property in what ranks among Nashville's larger land sales, based on acreage, this year.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, two LLCs paid $8.75 million for the three parcels. The Post was unable to determine details about the LLCs.
