A three-parcel property located in South Nashville’s Chestnut Hill neighborhood and near Wedgewood-Houston has sold for $1.75 million.

The properties have addresses of 1122, 1124 and 1126 Third Ave. S. and are located adjacent to the old-school masonry Layman Drug Building (at 1128 Third Ave. S. and across the street from the building housing percussion retailer Fork’s Drum Closet.
