The parent company of Broadwest restaurant Halls Chophouse is planning a similar hospitality business in the Midtown development’s office and retail tower.

A permit application references “SNOB,” an acronym for Hall Management Group restaurant Slightly North of Broad. However, a Hall spokesperson said the future concept will not be a SNOB.
