Dog park eyed for The Gulch

MarketStreet Enterprises — the city-appointed master developer of The Gulch — is planning a dog park for the fast-changing downtown district.

To span 7,000 square feet, the dog park will see work begin next month and will be located west of The Turnip Truck Urban Fare natural and organics grocery store at 1218 Pine St., according to a Metro document. It will sit on a portion of what is currently a surface parking lot.
