Delek Logistics buys Texas assets

A unit of Delek Logistics Partners has acquired some storage assets and a pipeline in east Texas from one of the country's largest pipeline owners.

Brentwood-based Delek Logistics paid $10 million to Magellan Midstream Partners for a 325,000-barrel storage facility in Greenville, Texas, located northeast of Dallas, a 180,000-barrel terminal in Mount Pleasant, located about 75 miles east from there, and a pipeline connecting the two facilities. The line runs about 50 miles north of Tyler and Longview, which form the heart of Delek Logistics' storage and distribution network. (See below.)
