Titans finalize two more assistant coaching moves

The Tennessee Titans coaching staff continues to get a makeover after promoting tight ends coach Todd Downing to offensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach Shane Bowen to defensive coordinator.

On Thursday, the team announced the hires of offensive assistant Erik Frazier from Montana State, which was reported last week but finalized on Thursday, and Jason Houghtaling as an offensive line assistant.
