Ncontracts buys California software firm

Financial and compliance software firm Ncontracts has made another acquisition, this time combining with a California peer that specializes in mortgage reporting and processing software.

Terms of Ncontracts’ deal for QuestSoft aren’t being released, but the purchase grows the Brentwood-based company’s workforce to 260 from about 200 and more than doubles its client roster to 3,700 financial institutions.
