Snedeker opens with promising odds at Shriners Hospital for Children Open

Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker has been named captain of the U.S. team for next year’s Presidents Cup competition, which will be held Sept. 22-27, 2026, at Medinah Country Club outside of Chicago.

Snedeker’s American team will take on an International team, excluding European golfers, captained by Australia’s Geoff Ogilvy in the biennial competition.
