The Nashville Post hosted its BOOM 2025 event at the Green Hills Hilton on Oct. 21, featuring a panel discussion with the leaders behind Nashville's mixed-use projects: Charles Robert Bone of Southwest Value Partners, Ben Farrer of the Fallon Company, Hunter Gee of Smith Gee Studio and Tony Giarratana of Giarratana Development. Moderated by editor-in-chief Nicolle Praino, the conversation explored issues such as the demand for housing, commercial opportunities driving economic growth and how sustainability fits into plans for large-scale projects.
