UBS Tower could undergo exterior updates

Venerable downtown high-rise UBS Tower is seemingly slated for a major exterior update.

Nashville-based Rubicon Equities, LLC, which bought the mixed-use modernist tower last September for $14.5 million, has released a brochure showing it with a more contemporary look. Specifically, the images reveal blue glass and the skyscraper's east face offering a modified spire, among other upgrades.
