Two restaurants, both of them new to Nashville, announced plans Wednesday to occupy space in The Gulch.

The Iron Cactus, which hails from Austin, Texas, will add another venue for Southwestern cuisine in Nashville. It features 80 different kinds of tequila, in addition to the Southwestern food. The restaurant will include a rooftop terrace and will occupy some 8,300 square feet.
