Why Mike Turner wants out

Rep. Mike Turner, who has toyed with running for mayor in Nashville, announced on the House floor today he will not seek reelection.

"I've served here 14 years, and I can honestly say there's no one I've served with I don't personally like. And I've tried not to like some of you," said Turner, the House Democratic Caucus chairman. "This is a hard place to quit."
