In the latest salvo of an ongoing legal battle, Neighbors for Safety BMH Inc. has added Cheekwood as a defendant in its lawsuit involving Metro Government related to an under-construction parking garage.

Specifically, the neighborhood group has filed an amended complaint in Davidson County Chancery Court, updating the lawsuit originally filed in June.
