Louisville, Kentucky-based Themeparks LLC has signed an exclusivity agreement with Wilson County for the development of a theme park, company officials informed NashvillePost.com on Tuesday.

Under the one-year covenant, the two parties will now move forward with a feasibility study to project the potential economic benefits of a public-private partnership.
