Snedeker gets victory in two-man team competition

Brandt Snedeker won for the first time in nearly a year but needed a little help to do so.

The Nashville native teamed with Jason Dufner to win the Franklin Templeton Shootout, a 54-hole mixed format event which features 12 two-man teams in Naples, Fla. Snedeker had made three previous appearances in the event hosted by Greg Norman and his best previous finish was in 2012, a tie for fourth with Davis Love III.
