Country music stars Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are in the final stages of purchasing a Belle Meade home that has been on the market for several months, NashvillePost.com has learned.
“We have a pending sale,” said Betty Finucane, realtor with Fridrich &Clark, who represents the seller of the estate at 4406 Chickering Lane. Fridrich & Clark would not comment on the identity of the buyer.
The current owner of the 1934 house is BillWeaver, former executive with National Life & Accident Insurance Co.
The 6,072 square-foot house “is a wonderful, welcoming place that feels like home. It has a pool and a beautiful wooded lot,” Finucane said.
The home and its 11.6 acres were appraised earlier this year for $2.4 million.
