Ex-Healthways VP named InVivoLink COO

The leaders of HealthTrust have recruited a veteran of Healthways’ product and technology divisions to be the COO of its InVivoLink unit, which markets an implant patient registry and related services to HealthTrust members and other major health systems.

Paul Cummings comes to InVivoLink, which has been under the HealthTrust/HCA umbrella since the fall of 2015, after spending more than nine years at Healthways, most recently as vice president of global support and IT. Before that, he was VP of product development and director of health plan customer performance, among other things. He joined Healthways, which this week rebranded to Tivity Health, in 2007 from HCA, where he had been director of HR and finance reporting.
