Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Company, billed as the country’s oldest continuously operating Black-owned bank and based in Nashville, last week held a grand opening celebration for a HOPE Inside facility at its bank branch on Jefferson Street.

The initiative is a partnership with Operation HOPE, a financial empowerment nonprofit, and the center provides educational programs and financial services.
