David Ingram buys on Music Row

Nashville-based businessman, philanthropist and entrepreneur David Ingram has paid $1.5 million for a Music Row property, with the seller a well-known entertainment industry executive.

The address of the two-parcel site is 1100-1102 16th Ave. S., with a 1920-opened building (pictured) home to Buffalo Valley Rehab Nashville Outpatient Center located on the 1100 site. The 1102 parcel accommodates surface parking.
