Covenant partners with Arizona specialty clinics

Fresh off the acquisition of a six-clinic optometry practice in Los Angeles, Nashville-based Covenant Surgical Partners has completed another transaction with Arizona Centers for Digestive Health — a comprehensive gastrointestinal care provider with more than 52,000 patients per year.

With the acquisition, Covenant adds 11 new clinics and two ambulatory surgery centers to its portfolio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
