CFO change at Amedisys

The board of Amedisys has promoted Scott Ginn, the home health care provider’s chief accounting officer, to CFO after former Capella Healthcare exec Gary Willis resigned from that post.

Willis has taken the CFO job at another health care company — details still to come — less than a year after he joined Amedisys, which is formally headquartered in Louisiana but which has an executive office located in downtown’s Cummins Station building. He had joined the company from hospital owner Capella Healthcare after that company had been acquired by what was then RegionalCare Hospital Partners.
