Trinisys names CEO, appoints advisory board

Health care software and enterprise solutions company Trinisys has appointed Antoine Agassi as CEO.

Formerly the senior vice president and chief information officer of 21st Century Oncology, Agassi has also previously served as president and COO of hospitality company Cogent Healthcare. He has also worked with Emdeon, the state of Tennessee and BlueCross BlueShield.

In his new role, Agassi (pictured) will be responsible for operations and leadership, while co-founders David Box and Travis Gregg will focus on product innovation and business development for Trinisys, which they founded in 2004.

"Antoine is an energetic leader who is passionate about making an impact on health care IT challenges," Box said in a release. "He has a proven track record of successfully leading IT organizations through various stages of growth and we are excited to have him lead Trinisys as we continue to build momentum."

The Brentwood-based company also announced the formation of an advisory board. The advisory board will include Agassi, as well as Connie McGee, principal at PYA Analaytics, Bob Rossi, vice president of CDW Healthcare and Dan Rivera, area director for enterprise solutions at Intel.

"As Trinisys continues to focus on health care and build market share, we are honored to work with such an impressive group of individuals," Gregg said. "Their depth of knowledge in health care and experience growing and scaling businesses will be invaluable to Trinisys."
