The State Building Commission has approved 10-year leases for the Tennessee Department of Children's Services and the Tennessee Office of the Attorney General to move employees into office space at downtown's modernist UBS Tower.

About 430 people will make the move to what was previously called the Regions Center. The move will leave empty the Cordell Hull Building, which is slated for renovations pending legislature approval.
