Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has announced the addition of former Dollar General president John Garratt to its board of directors.

According to a release, Garratt served as DG president and chief financial officer for less than a year, stepping down in June in what was termed a retirement (read here). He joined Dollar General in 2014 and was promoted to executive vice president and CFO in 2015.
