A new company led by former SouthComm CEO Chris Ferrell has acquired a group of trade publications and related assets from a Birmingham holding company.

Terms of Endeavor Business Media’s purchase of the Process Flow Network from Grand View Media aren’t being disclosed. The deal includes the Processing, Flow Control and Water Technology magazines and associated websites as well as Flow Forum, an industrial engineering trade show event that will be held this year in Chicago.
