Family office manager gets new Nashville CEO

Jeff Hays

The local office of a regional family offices firm has a new CEO in the form of Jeff Hays, who previously founded and grew a research and financial management company that reached $2 billion in assets under management.

Hays takes over at Arlington Family Offices Nashville from Croley Graham, who has retired but will be a member of Arlington’s Nashville advisory board. Hays has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial planning sector. In addition to launching Hays Advisory in 2001, he was a founder in 2014 of high-net-worth-focused Cypress Capital and two years ago launched the first Nashville group of Tiger 21, a membership organization for high-net-worth individuals.
