Work starts on mixed-use building in South Nashville

412 Harding Place

A permit with a value of $2 million has been issued to allow for construction of a mixed-use building to be located next to the Habitat for Humanity store on Nolensville Road in South Nashville.

NKB LLC purchased the property in 2019 for $1.5 million (read more here) and is having constructed a two-story office-and-retail structure that will have an address of 412 Harding Place. The permit notes the ground floor will offer up to six spaces for retail tenants while the second story will have approximately 14,000 square feet of office space.
