Work starts on East Nashville row house project

HV Urban is undertaking preliminary on-site work on and has released an image for a row house project in East Nashville.

Tentatively to be called Vibe (stylized as VIBE) East Nashville, the 38 residences will be located at 1046 E. Trinity Lane one block east of Gallatin Pike. Pre-sales are expected to begin Dec. 1, with full groundbreaking tentatively targeted for February, according to HV Urban. The first residence is slated to be finished in 2017.
