A West Nashville church property previously eyed for redevelopment seemingly with a hotel is now for sale for an undisclosed asking price.

As the Post reported in 2017, and citing The Tennessean, Nashville-based hotel and retail building development company NNP Investments acquired the Charlotte Park property for $2 million via NNP Robertson LLC. Located at 5701 Robertson Ave., the property offers about two acres.
