Stateline, a former industrial building located in The Nations and that was updated to offer a mixture of spaces, has sold for $37.5 million.

Sitting on a 3.51-acre site at 5300 Centennial Blvd., Stateline is home to multiple businesses and sits in the shadows of the neighborhood’s mural-adorned former grain silo.
