A townhome project is planned for Wedgewood-Houston, the latest proposal for the fast-developing South Nashville neighborhood.

According to a document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, the development will offer 37 residences within three buildings. The main address is 1229B Martin St., with 1231 Martin St. to be included in the project.
