Veteran local developer and real estate investor Richard Bacon has paid $2,125,000 for four parcels of Buena Vista property, including one property that fronts Jefferson Street.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Bacon now owns 1003, 1007 and 1009 Rev. Dr. Enoch Jones Blvd. and 1000 Jefferson St. (See the site here.)
