A Los Angeles-based boutique real estate company has paid $78.5 million for downtown apartment building Broadstone SoBro.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, an LLC affiliated with AND Asset Management Inc. now owns the 226-unit eight-story structure. The address is 800 Fourth Ave. S., with live music venue 3rd & Lindsley located across the street and in an area in which SoBro and Rutledge Hill overlap.
