Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc. said Wednesday it “has not entered into any agreements” regarding a Bloomberg report the company is seeking to sell a 70 percent interest in its Opry Entertainment Group, which oversees Ryman Auditorium.

In a release, Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP) added “there are no assurances that any transaction will occur.”
