Nashville-based Hensler Development Group announced Wednesday the 27-story apartment tower component of Rolling Mill Hill’s Peabody Union will welcome its first residents in April.

According to a release, the 354-unit building is called Olive at Peabody Union. In addition, the development will include a six-floor Class A office building with 251,000 square feet, with the overall development to feature 50,000 square feet of retail.
