Boca Raton, Fla.-based Mill Creek Residential is eying a South Nashville site located a few blocks east of Wedgewood-Houston for its next Nashville project.

According to a document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, Modera Chestnut Hill seemingly will offer five buildings (with no single structure taller than seven floors) and an address of 8 Andrew T. Whitmore St. The project will sit within the neighborhood from which its name derives.
