Real Estate Notes: Neuhoff apartment buildings open in Germantown

Atlanta-based New City Properties has announced that leasing has begun at Neuhoff Residences, two apartment buildings now open and located at the Germantown development.

Called Taylor House and Monroe House, the two buildings offer a collective 542 units and shared commons spaces, a fitness center, a swimming pool and 8,000 square feet of ground-level retail. The nine-story Taylor House offers 194 units, while the 10-floor Monroe House includes 348 apartments. Twenty-five two-story private townhouse units are part of the residential mix.
