Two local real estate investors have paid about $7.53 million for the Forest Hills home and land that was a key setting of the television series Nashville — and that has hosted international celebrities and high-profile galas.

Via a Platinum Luxury Auctions auction, an LLC affiliated with Taylor Preston and Joe Porter acquired the six-acre property and the 20,500-square-foot Georgian-style house that anchors the wooded site. The address of the property, located near Belle Meade, is 1358 Page Road.
