The SoBro property eyed for more than four years for a Ritz-Carlton hotel and residential project has seen its lender take possession via a foreclosure sale.

Nashville Business Journal reports R Squared Properties LLC has taken ownership of the 1.21-acre site, located at 727 Korean Veterans Blvd., citing a deed filed with Metro (read more here).
