Phase two work on Tech Hill set to start

Core Development is prepared to start on the 20-residences second phase of its Tech Hill project in South Nashville.

Similarly, the locally based company is targeting a November opening for the two buildings comprising phase one. Called Alloy 82, those residential structures offer a collective number of condominiums from which the name is derived. Of the 82 units, 66 have been presold, according to  Kent Campbell, Core vice president.
