A $95 million residential project is planned for a North Nashville property located near Tennessee State University, with the first homes to be ready for move-in this fall.

According to a release, a partnership of Edward Tinsley, Jared Bradley, and Eric Russell is under construction with what will be called The Lanes on a 11.68-acre property, with a main address of 2500 W. Heiman St. — located about equidistant between Germantown to the east and The Nations to the west.
