National design firm opens Nashville office

Seattle-based DLR Group — a top 20 national design firm based on revenue — has announced the opening of a downtown Nashville office.

According to a release, DLR Group Principals Matthew Gulsvig and Randall Coy are overseeing the office, housed in the UBS Tower at 315 Deaderick St. They are supported by Shawn Gaither, who is also a company principal. The trio will look to eventually add employees to the office for the firm, which trade publication Architectural Record ranked No. 16 nationally this year for revenue (about $227.3 million).
