A Wisconsin-based manufacturing company with 2025 revenues estimated by various online sources at up to $9 billion has acquired a Wedgewood-Houston warehouse.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Kohler Inc. paid $14.15 million for the property. Opened in 1981 and located at 520 Merritt Ave., the warehouse offers about 31,285 square feet and sits next to a structure called The Nashville Design Collective.
