The new owner of the 0.55-acre property, with an address of 1504 18th Ave. S. and offering two-story building Cambridge, is an LLC affiliated with Aaron Friedman. The Post was unable to determine details regarding Friedman, who seemingly is affiliated with Short Hills, N.J. property.
