Phase one of The Motley

On-site work is fully underway for the first tower of a three-building development in Midtown, the Seattle-based company undertaking the project told the Post Monday.

Bosa Properties Inc. subsidiary IPB Properties undertook some preliminary on-site work in the fall and then ceased, according to company officials, to reassess the project’s timeline. A late 2027 completion for work on the tower is still targeted.
