A recently opened apartment tower located in Midtown near the Cathedral of the Incarnation has sold for $158.72 million, a transaction that flirts with Nashville’s recently set per-residential-unit record.

The new owner of the 25-story high-rise, located at 2010 West End Ave. and known as 2010 West End, is an LLC affiliated with New York-based Nazare Capital. That company specializes in acquiring insurance businesses.
